Last Lunch In Wisconsin

Sampling the local cuisine!

Lunch at Culver's, a local restaurant chain. That little bag is full of cheese curds... basically cheddar mcnuggets.

Don't really get those in LA! Closest we have are mozzarella sticks.

Mr Tin,

Rather than paying for Calling All Dawns I downloaded it for free. I can't really apologise as I am a dreadfully poor student and so couldn't have paid for it anyway.

However, neither could I forgive myself for not making some effort to let you know how much pleasure you offer through your music.

Baba Yetu is lyrically theistic, and I am an Atheist (an Anti-Theist, really); but my philosophy - my fundamental justification for maintaining life rather than abandoning it - is that some day humans might stumble upon a discovery so unimaginably awe-inspiring and enlightening as to have made it all worth while. We don't know where we are going, and some people don't know that we are going at all, but as long as we are then we are getting closer to /something/.

Bab Yetu makes me cry as if I had just made that discovery.

Sincerely,

26 year-old - slightly richer - man.
